Mörtel
Our new coworking space on the docks in Sandnes
Sandnes is entering a new era of growth. Mörtel is where founders, creators, designers, technologists and scale-ups come together to build the next generation of companies, right in the heart of the city.
Opened in 2026. A hundred new office seats, more than six metres to the ceiling, and industrial design built for momentum.
Innovation Dock has spent the last decade building Norway's most active startup and scale-up community on the waterfront in Stavanger and Sandnes. Mörtel is the next step: more room in the region to build new industries, together.
