Startup Exchange Program
Our Startup Exchange Program gives selected founders in Impact Lab access to leading innovation hubs in world-renowned energy cities.
Through our partners we create tailor-made meetings, introductions and learning sessions that help founders understand new markets, industry needs and how different ecosystems operate.
The goal is simple: to give companies clearer insight, stronger networks and a better foundation for the decisions they will make later — whether they want to enter new markets or simply learn from the best innovation environments in the world.

The programme is only for companies in Impact Lab.
We do this for a reason: to create real value, we need to understand your company’s situation, challenges and timing. Through Impact Lab we work closely with founders over time, which allows us to tailor meetings, introductions and learning sessions that actually move your company forward — not just create an interesting trip. -
You get a curated programme designed specifically for your company’s needs.
This may include meetings with operators, innovation hubs, founders, corporates, accelerators, research environments or relevant experts. You also get structured learning sessions, reflections with the group, and practical insight into how different ecosystems work — from how industry collaborates with startups to how capital flows, partnerships form and markets operate.
